Our commitments
No ads
Zynbox shows no ads and never uses your email to target any.
No resale
Your data is never sold, rented or traded.
Trackers blocked
Invisible images and tracking links are removed. Images you choose to show go through Zynbox: the sender sees neither your IP address nor your device.
Encryption
Traffic with Zynbox is encrypted (HTTPS). On our servers, your mailbox credentials, scheduled messages and attachments waiting to be sent are encrypted.
AI only with your consent
No artificial intelligence reads your messages without your consent.
No hidden read receipts
Zynbox adds nothing secret to the messages you send.
Your data belongs to you
You can export your data or delete your account at any time, from the app’s settings.
What the server keeps today
To show one fast list, the server keeps, for each message, the sender, recipients, subject, date, a short excerpt (about 200 characters) and its state (read, unread). Full message content and attachments stay with your provider (Gmail, Yahoo…): Zynbox reads them when you open them.
