All your mailboxes

One list for all your addresses

Add your Gmail, your Yahoo or your company address: your messages arrive in one list, without duplicates. Each message carries its mailbox's emblem, so you can tell work from family at a glance.

  • One emblem per mailbox: a colour, an icon and a short name such as “Work” or “Family”.
  • Pause a mailbox for the evening or the weekend: it stays quiet and nothing is lost.
  • Gmail, Yahoo and any IMAP mailbox. Outlook and Microsoft 365 are coming soon.

Scam protection

Scams flagged before you click

Fake Mobile Money, fake scholarships, fake job offers, fake parcels: Zynbox spots suspicious messages and tells you why, in one plain sentence.

  • Only two levels: “Be careful” in orange, “Likely scam” in red.
  • In a likely scam, links are disabled and Zynbox shows the real site they lead to.
  • Delete and block the sender in one tap. Free for everyone.

Groups

Organise your way, across all your mailboxes

Create your own groups, such as “Important” or “Invoices”. A message can be in several groups, whichever address received it.

  • A name, a colour and an emblem for each group.
  • File from the list or from the message; messages from chosen senders can be filed automatically.
  • Your groups stay in Zynbox: nothing changes in your Gmail or Yahoo mailbox.

Signatures

A polished signature for every address

Eight ready-made designs (classic, with logo, photo, business card…) that you adapt in a few taps: text, colours, order, logo.

  • Picked automatically by sending address, for new messages and replies.
  • Legal details, several phone numbers, a WhatsApp link.
  • Import your current signature from Gmail or Outlook.

Zynbox adapts to you

Three themes, Lagune, Ndop and Encre & Laiton, in light or dark mode. Enlarge the text, increase contrast, choose a comfortable or compact layout.

  • Interface in English and French; Spanish and Portuguese in progress.
  • Designed for small screens and slow connections.
  • Before you open an attachment, you see its size and what it costs in mobile data.

Privacy

Your email stays yours

Zynbox does not live off your data. No ads, no data resale, and the trackers hidden in emails are blocked before the message even shows.

    Zynbox is free software (AGPL-3.0 licence): anyone will be able to check what it does. The code goes public at the official launch.
